James, Theo, Rodrigo, Ricardo, and Jose have been amazing in their respective classes. Friendly and thorough when it comes to explaining the reasoning behind what they teach. Their patience and willingness to answer some of my silly questions is worth a lot of praise. Great gym for everyone.
I joined Fightzone London back in 2018 and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The gym is incredibly welcoming for all levels. The coaches and members create a supportive, friendly environment where you never feel out of place, no matter your experience level. What really sets Fightzone apart is the community. It’s rare to find a gym that’s so inclusive and encouraging while also being home to world-class athletes. You can start as a complete beginner and, at the same time, train alongside and learn from athletes competing at the highest levels. The coaching is top top quality, the atmosphere is motivating, and there’s a real sense that everyone wants to help each other improve. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or competing seriously, Fightzone is an exceptional place to train. I couldn’t recommend it more.
Have a blast training here. The coaches are so welcoming and friendly, you can definitely feel the family atmosphere. Love training Muay Thai here, they have a range of classes from intro, through to advanced as well as regular sparring sessions weekly. Jose, Carlotta and Liz are the best coaches and assistant coaches here. Would recommend having more female only classes in the future.
I train at FZN when I am in London as work takes me there periodically, and it’s an amazing full time gym. Massive timetable across all the major disciplines and a great set of coaches. The people who train there are a great bunch who are welcoming to new or occasional attendees (like me), no ego or nonsense. Well placed, in Cambridge Heath, two stops from Liverpool St on the Weaver Line. Highly recommended.
What an incredible place to train. The staff, and trainers are all amazing, bringing their own style and approach to FZN! I’ve been training here for approx 5 years and would struggle to find another gym that offers such diversity in training; There is something for everyone. I love that beginners are welcomed with open arms, and given the extra attention when needed. It’s always a worry for new starters to enter into such an intimidating place, but the team also make the effort to reduce that feeling. 🫶🏼 Long live FZN 🫶🏼
