FIIT Project Fitness & Nutrition à Norwood accueille toutes les tranches d'âge dans une salle de sport d'inspiration CrossFit, avec une atmosphère chaleureuse et sans jugement. Les membres louent Rob et Jenna pour leur coaching patient et compétent, aussi bien en séances de groupe qu'en séances individuelles, les aidant à atteindre des objectifs allant du soulagement de la douleur à des résultats qui changent la vie, comme la gestion du diabète. La communauté ressemble à une famille, avec des événements sociaux et un espace propre et bienveillant.

A truly wonderful gym and community! My partner and I were members at FIIT Project for a number of years before moving interstate, and love to drop in for a class or two whenever we are back in Adelaide. We have known the owner, Rob, for many years, and you could not ask for a more caring, supportive and knowledgeable person to help you on your fitness journey. The gym is also one of the cleanest CrossFits we have ever been to!
After years of playing netball and tennis, plus running and swimming, I've always been pretty fit. But alas, at 64, I've lost my tone and strength. I saw an ad on facebook for FIIT Project and decided to join, even though I wasn't a "gym" person. Well I haven't looked back since. From the initial foundation classes with Jenna, to the daily classes with amazing coaches, Rob, Jenna and Jesse, I have nothing but praise. They are so supportive, knowledgeable and there is no judgement. If you do something incorrectly, they just smile and show you the right technique. Every class is different, so you learn something new each time. The sense of community is amazing and everyone from.young kids to "oldies" are welcomed with open arms. This is more than a gym, it's a home away from home..a "family". Social events such as wine tours and quiz nights, plus the annual xmas show are also scheduled. Do yourself a favour, get off the couch, pick up your phone and give FIIT Project a call. Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
I joined FIIT Project a year ago through the Bring a Buddy program, and what started as something new and unfamiliar quickly became a meaningful part of my routine. As someone completely new to CrossFit, I was grateful for how welcoming and supportive the community was. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and genuinely family-friendly. Over the past year, I’ve experienced changes that have had a real impact on my life. I began this journey as a diabetic on two medications, and I am now medication-free — something I never expected when I first walked in. Rob and Jenna have played a big role in that progress. They take the time to understand where you’re at, recognise both your strengths and your challenges, and guide you with patience and care. Whether in group classes or personal training, their support has been consistent and thoughtful. FIIT Project has been a great place to grow, improve, and stay motivated. If you’re looking for a supportive environment to start your fitness journey, I highly recommend FIIT Project.
I’m joined here 2 months ago, on hearing awesome things about Rob & Jenna. We started with an assessment & goals that I wanted to achieve which is being pain free from my hip injury! After once a week session I’ve come to minimal pain in my daily work & built some strength to be normal again. I’m keen to be PAIN Free! Thanks Guys!
Staff are amazing, very welcoming culture. No judgement what so ever, no matter what you look like or current abilities. I do 1 on 1 and just started group classes. Both amazing. Other members are very nice and welcoming, and celebrate any win you have with you. I love that there are no mirrors as well it reduces that stress of looking at yourself, as well as trusting your body and that it knows what it's doing.
