We decide to go here for our anniversary and I can safely say, this place made the night magical! Our server Donna was so helpful and made sure our experience was special. The ambiance is , all the food is made 100% in house and you can definitely taste the freshness. My new favorite Italian restaurant! The breads were incredible with the apple butter and ricotta. The pasta poppers were crispy, creamy, and filled with jalapeño flavor. The fettuccini and Calabrian chicken bowl were both exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.

The best Italian food I have had in Wichita. My husband had the special (a giant cheese-stuffed meatball with gnocchi and red sauce) and the gnocchi was like little pillows of joy, ha. I had the Calabrian fried chicken bowl, and the pasta and sauce in that dish were so unique and delicious. The garlic bread—oh my god. The holiday Cranberry Cobbler cocktail was so yummy; they even make their drink syrups from scratch! So impressed. This is my new birthday dinner spot. We sat at the bar because we didn’t have a reservation and the service was fast and friendly. Cozy interior, would love to see the vibes outside in the warmer months!

FioRito is rapidly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Wichita. We have been here multiple times, and every experience has been top notch. The atmosphere is great; a small, quiet dining room with tasteful decor. The service is excellent - you can tell that everyone working there really cares about the restaurant and their patrons experience. And the food is absolutely superb. We have done a tasting menu in the past and found it all to be delicious. Tonight, we had planned on just stopping by for drinks and a few happy hour snacks, but our server told us about the special that the chef just showed her and we decided we couldn't pass it up. Honestly, one of the best meals I have had in years. I had never had lion's mane mushrooms before, but based on this meal I will be seeking them out from now on. If you haven't been here before, I highly recommend giving it a try. Going forward, when someone asks me for a restaurant recommendation, FioRito will be at the top of my list.

The food was not great. We sat outside, at our request, and the patio is set into the parking lot, which is not ideal, but it was quiet and our table was shaded. We started our meal with Diet Cokes, which were leaning towards flat. Our server graciously exchanged my drink for coffee, and the cost of the sodas did not appear on our bill. Thanks ! I really enjoyed the carbonara. The pasta is VERY good. My son had the pesto sandwich, which was bland and lacked basil/pesto flavor. The tomato soup was very flavorful but had a citrous note that was off putting. I don’t think we’ll be back, but I would not discourage folks from giving this place a try.

FioRito is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in town. Love the quicker eats of their brunch/lunch (that changes with the seasons and ingredients because everything is made fresh!) and the longer dinner experiences of the chef table set courses (with or without wine parings). We are beyond lucky to have the Rickard brothers starting business in Wichita and not getting scooped up. Starting with brunch; we have the vegetarian meal and I don’t know where to start. The mushrooms, bread, the butters, the jams, the beat hummus blows my mind, and my favorite espresso martini finishes things off. When we came to dinner and did the set courses we loved they had standard and vegetarian options. It’s my belief if you don’t think vegetarian food is delicious, you probably can’t cook - the respect for ingredients here is impressive. How weird to say there was a cauliflower soup that was my favorite meal of the year! The parings are always spot on and have given us some new favorite wines to keep at home. First time I have liked a moscato. If I could eat here once a week; I would! Put this down as a must try!
