We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Vaibhavi. We started with calamari fritti and salt-and-pepper squid, both delicious and impressively fresh. Vaibhavi recommended the buy-one-get-one pizza offer, which we happily chose—Buffalo Blues and Tarfina Supreme. We finished with tiramisu and three scoops of artisan gelato. What began as a last-minute plan turned out to be well worth it. The food was excellent, the prices reasonable, and the service genuinely good. Both of our kids are already eager to come back. I believe the gentleman who spoke to us in Tamil, originally from Kanyakumari, was the chef—thank you for the wonderful food and warm hospitality. Discovered this pizza place a few months back, the pizza’s are delicious. The base is light but crispy and the topping great. They also have a super lunch time menu. Definitely recommend this place.
Authentic Neapolitan pizza! Love the crispy but chewy crust so much! Strongly recommend the Tartufina Suprema pizza, the blend of truffle, ham, and rocket was amazing! One little improvement could be the pistachio pizza. If we can have dark chocolate sauce instead of the white one could improve the flavour!
Where do I begin: We had a short first evening in Edinburgh and needed a quick bite. We decided to get some pizzas at Fired Dough Pizzas and it was an instant hit. The service was beyond amazing and we felt at ease almost immediately. The pizzas themselves were very very good and actually what we needed. They were really unique, chewy but crispy and the ingredients were subtly there. I forgot to ask for some dips, but got them afterwards for free… Really really outstanding experience and care for the customer!
I rarely leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves every one of the five stars! The entire experience, from the moment we walked in until we left, was flawless. First and foremost, the pizza is genuinely excellent. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. We ordered the Margherita and the flavors were outstanding—a clear sign that they use high-quality ingredients and truly care about their craft. Thanks to the chef dedication Beyond the incredible food, the service was truly what made the night memorable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. specially thanks to Yuvi and krati If you are looking for the best Nepolitana pizza and genuinely warm, welcoming service, look no further. This is now our go-to spot, and I highly recommend it!
