Had a really brilliant experience at Fitforit. Steven was my PT and he was so encouraging, knowledgable and great chat too. He really cares about his clients getting the most out of their sessions & the weekly check ins made me feel supported even when I wasn’t in the gym. My programme was tweaked as time went on to suit my lifestyle and preferences. This meant I enjoyed the exercise and flexibility was built in for busy weeks so that I maintained consistency. I’ve been training with Hannah for 6 months and love it - the sessions are challenging but fun, perfectly paced and judged. It never feels too overwhelming, or too easy.
