Great repair done on my wife's Grand Cherokee. They coordinated the insurance and car rental in a seamless fashion which resulted in less headaches for us. Not only did the finished job look great, we received it back a couple of days early. Thank you!
will be filing a formal report with the state. The quality of your work was absolutely unacceptable. You returned my vehicle missing multiple screws that secure the headlights, left a broken fog light from the original crash, and failed to reinstall the screws that hold the splash shield and trim in place. You didn’t even bother to reinstall the air intake assembly, and you reused damaged parts that were part of the collision. On top of that, the windshield washer nozzles were broken, which caused damage to the cabin filter housing. I had to replace every single one of these parts out of my own pocket because of your negligence. To make matters worse, you took two additional weeks beyond the promised completion date, forcing me to pay for a rental car entirely out of my own pocket as well. This level of incompetence, carelessness, and disregard for the customer is inexcusable, and I will be pursuing this matter further.
They did a great job repairing the damage on my car, and they were so helpful. They gave me a ride to and from the shop and they took my rental back. Tanya, the manger, and the driver were all so helpful. My insurance company told me to use them and now they are the only body shop I’ll use in the future.
I saw the sign on the building telling me that they buff headlights. Mine were in such bad shape I was expecting to have to replace them. I went inside and learned that it would only cost me $100 to have them buffed. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the great customer service I received. Steve Paterson
This business was wonderful about keeping me up to date with the progress on my vehicle. Tonya was incredibly helpful and compassionate. They did a beautiful job and even delivered the car to me. Sadly, 4 days after getting my car back, I was rear-ended and their insurance totaled my car. Tonya again gave me good, detailed and honest information about my next steps, and said it all with such positivity that it helped relieve the stress. I highly recommend Fix Auto Repair.
