Outstanding work and customer service. They replaced a roof on my sunroom that had been very poorly done by another company. Fleming did the work quickly, and at a fair price. Highly recommend.
I purchased a roof from this company four years ago. I am still under contractors warranty and material warranty. I started calling about four weeks ago leaving messages and the lady answers the phone sometimes and say and I will have someone call you back. It took three weeks for someone to even call me back. I sent in their warranty, which states I’m still under warranty. After about a month they sent out a gentleman to look at my issue. He took pictures and showed me what it looks like up top. The spot is about as big as a cushion on a seat and a few extra singles above it. The soft thump started early this year, but now it seems like the rain is falling on my ceiling tile. When he got back and talked to the owner, he said that it will be $750 for them to come out and fix what was already under warranty. My next issue is I have all the material that they didn't use and that is what the guy told me they were going to use, because it would be a perfect match for what’s already on the roof. The company not buying any material and they still want me to pay $750. This is unfair and horrible. Just so everyone knows they don’t want to come back and fix their work. If it’s not a new sale you have to keep calling for a month or longer to get someone to call you back. This is unprofessional and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Now, I have to get someone to put shingles on my roof that is missing and it haven’t even been fours years. Pictures under this review!!
Thank You Johnny Day....GREAT customer service going above and beyond my expectations!! You truly eased my mind after all these storms hitting my block!! Knowing that we had lost several large trees and many houses had roof damage, you could have easily scared me into needing a new roof (not covered by insurance) but instead you calmed my fears and said it could that it could wait. It was SO refreshing having someone who cared about me and my investment instead of trying to just make a sale! You took the time to explain everything without trying to make me feel incompetent. I will be recommending you ALL of my clients and friends that are tired of being taken advantage by the scary sales tactics.
Great experience with a roofing company. Hunter came out and did my initial assessment. I needed new roof vents and inquired about a new roof and new gutters and some additional flashing work. Hunter quoted everything and I received the quote in a timely manner. Received 3 quotes and Fleming was the best quote and they were willing to do everything I wanted. Hunter did inform me I could probably get another 3 years out of current roof, but I wanted to do it all at once. We had delays due to weather and material, but Hunter did a decent job keeping me updated. Once they started the work, they had everything completed in the time they told me. Mike Alquire would check in on the progress and make sure I was happy with everything. Everyone was professional, clean up was awesome and everything looks great. We are very pleased. Will use them in the future.
Don't do business with Fleming. First thing I noticed a lack of cleaning up - there was trash from the job scattered around the yard while they did offer to come pick it up - this kind of thing should be done the first time. The major issues were the customer service and corners cut. I still had a leak after the work they did which prompted me to call out a different company. They told me it looked like the flashing hadn't been touched. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking but they show the inspection report saying the flashing needed work, the invoice showing I paid to have the flashing repaired, and the pictures after supposedly the flashing was repaired. I called and got the run around before finally being told they would come take a look at it then had to call them only to find out they weren't willing to stand behind their work and decided they wouldn't be coming out. They never gave me any reasoning as to why this wasn't touched.
