Beautiful bouquets (Glacial and Song Of My Heart)! Easy to order and collect, the team was kind and prompt as we had to change the collection time to earlier the day before. They also had them in a cardboard box with a ribbon over them which made it easier to transport. Some points: the Glacial bouquet was not wrapped in blue as on the site (though we ordered as pictured and the wrapped option) and the Song Of My Heart only had closed lilies and the arrangement and wrapping covered the pink roses, meaning it looked mostly green and white.
I have been a repeat customer for many years of Flowers Across Melbourne. They have never let me down. All orders have been superb, fresh exquisite bouquets same day delivery. They are the only florists I will recommend, Australia wide. Their metallic bouquets are always special for that little bit extra. Yesterday's delivery was simple and very well received. I was looking for quality flowers to send that would be delivered on the same day and after a lot of research I found Flowers Across Melbourne. Their website was very easy to use and I liked that I knew what flowers I was getting and how many of each there would be in the arrangement, when it was delivered it was exactly as pictured. The flowers were actually delivered within a few hours of placing my order and I was kept informed the whole time of what was happening. Always beautiful & unique flower arrangements, with great service and great additional add on pressy's. Delivery also great. The florist team always ensure they select the perfect fresh lasting flowers and are always eager to support when request change up from the online colour scheme. Very customer service based & personable. They are a true standout compared to other on-line florists. Exceptional florists & service, as always.
