We lost our jump passes, and she was so helpful in reissuing them, and ensuring that our photo ID requirement was put on the booking so that nobody can use them. We really appreciate all of your help. We love coming here in the winter for exercise and the facility is always clean and in great condition. Good fun atmosphere for the kids. Great to see and hear all kids taking part in wishing a happy birthday to the special one while all are in the play area. Neat touch. Pizza could be better as the sauce tasted generic. Hoping that could change. But overall, great experience.

We had an amazing party celebrating our birthday boy turning 6! Yumna did a fantastic job setting everything up and was an incredible host from start to finish. Everything was organized beautifully, ran smoothly, and truly made the day special for our family and guests. We really appreciate the time, care, and effort that went into making this celebration so wonderful. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Flying Squirrel South, and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to Yumna, who went above and beyond to make the day special. Yumna was incredible — organized, attentive, and so genuinely kind. She made sure every detail was taken care of, from setting up the party area beautifully to keeping the kids engaged and the schedule running smoothly. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. It’s not easy to keep a group of excited kids (and parents!) coordinated, but Yumna did it effortlessly. Her positive attitude and energy made a huge difference, and you could tell she truly cared about making the day memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Thank you, Yumna, and the Flying Squirrel South team, for helping make my daughter’s birthday such a wonderful success!

Amazing place to spend some time, either for kids or adults. I’ve to birthday parties there, and they would call your party to eat and say “let’s say happy birthday” that’s pretty fun! The area is pretty big, for running or playing hide and seek. You can get very creative with the games there. There are machines to win toys, and I put a picture of one toy that we won. They require their own socks, but you can buy it once and use it forever, so it’s not a bad deal. I’m sure you can but food there, but I’m not sure if you are allowed to bring your own. The space for celebrating birthday isn’t too big,but can be creative and used wisely. Not sure about prices - decide yourself, but it’s definitely worth going there. There is a basketball shoot area, as well as a dodgeball area which is very fun! 🤩
