Our family absolutely loves this place. We have been going there since our first child was born.Our primary doctor is Dr. Bush, and he’s one of a kind. We have also seen pretty much everyone else on staff, and we always leave feeling taking cared of. The kids love the environment, the treatment, and the special way they make them feel. We feel so lucky to have this type of care for our kids.
Great staff, great doctors. Great nurses. They all seem to go above and beyond and have such a wonderful way of being both grounding and reassuring through the chaos of Parenthood!
Terrible patient care and nobody at that practice seems like they even want to be there. At one well check they couldn’t answer very basic medical questions and had to look it up online while we sat there. They also sent us to the children’s hospital to get an IV because our 2 year old was dehydrated and hadn’t urinated for over 24 hours. We went there and were told they don’t give kids that age an IV unless it’s an extreme emergency. So it was a waste of time and money thanks to poor advice from FHP.
We have been taking our children to Forest Hills for 2 years now. The entire area office is extremely professional, caring and respectful. From the front staff, to the medical assistants to the physicians, they are all incredible. The hours are amazing for working family and the same day sick appointments are so helpful. Dr. Dyksen is absolutely incredible - providing evidence based care that is supportive of parents and kiddos. I cannot imagine a better pediatrician office to bring our kids to. We love Dr. Dyksen.
We always have such a good experiences here with the business team, nurses and all of the doctors we’ve met at sick visits and especially with Dr. Zokoe at all of our well visits who has taken care of our kids since they were born. I love all of the special care coordination we’ve received for various issues with our littles and their exceptional knowledge, expertise and support. It’s truly the best. We get in timely when we need to and always receive calls back when we have questions. The care is top notch.
