All were pleasant and had beginning check with a nurse, but 40 minutes later I left my room and asked if they forgot me. Understand if they had emergency but someone should have checked on me. I had been forgotten.

They saw us quickly, were soooo kid-friendly, and Jenna (PA) and Brooks (XRay tech) were so kind and friendly. We never felt rushed and knew exactly how long to wait. The MA was great too, I just dont remember her name. Angelica worked the front desk and she was kind and helpful too, communicating clearly.

People in this clinic were very nice and they got me in quickly. My only complaint is the doctor I saw, though knowledgable, wanted to know what I wanted to do without first giving a clear recommendation. I pushed her for her professional opinion on the best treatment plan. That was just a bit strange. Otherwise everything was good.

The provider was unable to tell an obvious skin infection (from a medical professional's perspective) and prescribe antibiotics. She told me to come back if it gets infected, and referred me out instead. In my followup with the referral, they were surprised I was not given antibiotics at my urgent care visit, and unable to treat the ongoing issue until the infection has cleared, setting me back 10-14 days from healing. On the positive side, the staff and care provider were friendly, professional, unrushed, and the facility was clean.

Truly love and appreciate all the staff and people working here. We are so grateful to have a nice, clean place with people we know we can trust caring for our urgent needs. My daughter's and I have had to make several visits this year and thankfully never had to wait long and got all our concerns taken care of the same day, even xrays. They were even able to solve a 6 month problem my primary care physician couldn't, no hate to my primary care staff though U appreciatethem too. We just cannot say enough good things and no words could express the depth of our gratitude for all the employees and staff that continue to serve and care for the community.
