So the one time I don’t get sent a questionnaire after my visit is the onetime I had something to actually say. The people that work at this office are incredible. Super nice, calm and very caring. The real star of today was the security guard they had on staff. His name I was told by those at the front desk was Tito. As soon as my 4 year old and I walked up he held the door and welcomed us in. While we were checking in I saw him mopping the floor, then took out the trash, was wiping things down and sanitizing the lobby, brought coloring stuff over for my kiddo. That’s community and caring about what you do. Every other time I’ve been there it’s been done young kid sitting by the door with his eyes on his phone. Tito needs a raise. Period.

It was difficult to find a place we felt comfortable and heard when dealing with a sick infant. This place surpassed all of our expectations, from the front desk, the physician and the security guard we were met with kindness and valuable information and left feeling a million times better. We will never take our child anywhere else. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone with small children.

High recommend! The staff were welcoming and quick. The nurse offered tips for identifying more urgent medical situations in the future and listened to my kiddo. The medical assistant was skillful with the specimen collection. The radiology tech was patient and clearly communicated with a cute rubber ducky 🐥at the end. Lastly, the medical provider was kind, answered all my questions, and was generous with her time. Thank you! My kiddo is feeling so much better.
