Yes, I would use them again! The kids enjoyed this bounce house soooo much! The Fun factory staff were patient and answered all of my questions prior to booking. They had thorough follow up. They arrived to the event on time to set up and were just the nicest ppl! I felt like they treated us like family and definitely the type of people I enjoy doing business with. Booooooook em!

The fun factory was easy to plan and schedule our event the gentleman who brought the items were very sweet and super respectful. Our experience with Fun Factory was fantastic! From ordering online, to delivery and pick up, everything was seamless. We rented a moon bounce, tables and chairs. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful! We will definitely use them again for our next event!

After a long ‘Google’ search, trying to find the best place to rent an ‘Inflatable Obstacle Course’ I found ‘The Fun Factory’. I rented this Inflatable for my son 8th Birthday and it met every expectation as my son and his guest thoroughly enjoyed it! Compared to many other companies the Fun Factory price are very reasonable and it comes with great communication and customer service. Also, we had the opportunity to keep it overnight ( and my 3 boys enjoyed every minute of it). I will definitely be renting from them Again!!!!
