Amazing customer service by Charlie. Following our visits to approximately 12 shops we came into GH Moore and within about 10 minutes we were sold on not only my fiancée’s wedding ring but also my own. We were made to feel welcomed as soon as we came in and were asked all the correct questions to narrow down what we were looking for. To anyone looking to buy quality jewellery this is your place!
My husband and I are celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it has been my dream for a number of years to ‘upgrade’ our original engagement ring. From the moment we stepped into this shop the care, patience and attention to detail in helping me to achieve that dream were outstanding. Adele and her daughter Charlie made us feel like we were important throughout and nothing was too much trouble and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and perseverance. I found GH. Moore on Google and liked the reviews. Popped down today for a quote to clean and replate my white gold wedding and engagement rings in readiness for our 20th Wedding Anniversary next month, and wasn’t disappointed. We were greeted with a friendly smile, were provided with a reasonable quote, and we were lucky that they would be ready same day, considering we didn’t arrive until nearly 3pm. We had time for a cuppa in nearby Urban Emporium and returned to find the rings ready for us, beautifully clean and sparkly. We were absolutely delighted with the service. What a fabulous family run business. Thank you ☺️
I wanted to get my engagement ring and eternity rings reset, and made thicker, as they were quite worn after 35 years of wearing everyday. I was recommended to Adele by a friend who’s mom works in the the jewellery quarter. I visited the shop and initially saw Richard who was very helpful and efficient, had a brief chat with Adele and left my rings. Within a week I had received CAD drawings from Adele of how they would look and quotes, a few conversations with Adele, some great suggestions from her, and we agreed a plan and a price. About 2 weeks later I had a message to say they were ready for collection.They both look amazing, the attention to detail is excellent and a full valuation on both rings was also part of the service too. When I went back I Also took some old jewellery of my mother in laws and a friends to sell. We were offered a fair price by Adele and she was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend G H Moore to anyone wanting to buy or sell jewellery. Thank you.
