We were looking for a specific style of Art Deco ring and had looked in other shops in the area without seeing what we set out to find. When we walked in we were met with wonderful staff with a great knowledge of the products they had and the style we were after. We found a beautiful unique ring that was even nicer than what we had expected to find and were able to pick it up a couple of days later after being resized.
Thank you Geoff and his team at Victoria James Jewellers. We asked them to make my husband a platinum signet ring with his family crest. We are blown away with the finished item. The workmanship and attention to detail was above and beyond our expectation. Geoff is certainly a master of his craft. The customer service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and genuine I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
Recently needed a repair to my wife's ring that had been cut off at hospital following an accident, everyone was extremely helpful and advised the best course of action which included a small modification to enable the ring to pass over her arthritic knuckle but not be a loose fit when fully on. I can't praise this company enough for their advice and attention to detail.
Fabulous jewellers located in the heart of the jewellery quarter in Birmingham. We bought my husbands wedding ring and the staff were so polite and courteous. They cleaned my engagement ring and straightened an old family ring which I am now the proud owner of. Even identified some family history that we weren’t aware of from the hallmark. My husband also had his Tudor watch repaired and whereas local jewellers quoted £100+ for the repair the owner at Victoria James was so knowledgeable that he fixed the watch and made sure it was available for our wedding (with only 2 weeks notice). Thank you so much for all your help. Highly recommend.
I have just collected my 14ct gold ring, it had gone thin and needed a new shank, it was my dad's who passed in February, so I was a little apprehensive about having it done. They were really thoughtful and understanding and put my mind at ease, explaining exactly what they were going to do. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement, its beautiful, the workmanship is outstanding, you would never know it had been done.
