Sept 15/2025 got a Maple Leafs pendant for Melissa’s birthday and she loves it thank you Troy ! February 14/2025 ! Marriage proposal! She said yes 👍🏻 thank you so much ! September 7 2024 just got an awesome 14 k gold turtle ring ! Perfect for Melissa’s birthday! Emailed the store asking if they had any turtle related jewelry as I find it rather hard to find. Received a response in less than 24 hours with a photo of 2 lovely gold turtles.I asked for help to find a nice gold chain to go with it and the staff put together a wonderful piece with the 2 turtles. I etransfered to cost and picked up my jewelry that day after work in less than 5 minutes and my girlfriend loves them ! Excellent service excellent people and the way they handled COVID precautions was superb .Professional,polite and 100% what I wanted ...bravo gentleman you are awesome!

We checked G.W. Thompson's website for rings and they had quite a selection. We drove from Waterloo to Hamilton and they had a lot of very beautiful rings. The ring I chose had to be sized and they were able to do that while we were in Hamilton. I absolutely love my new ring and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry. The fellow who helped us was very knowledgeable. We had an extremely positive visit.
