I had had a very unpleasant experience at a previous local jewellers while shopping for an engagement ring for my now fiancé (yay!), and needless to say, I was feeling a little discouraged. Shopping for an engagement ring is a meaningful, special, and intimidating experience, and John really understands that. He made me feel at ease and excited instantly about this experience. His friendly nature and expertise were very much appreciated. He worked with my ideas and my budget to create the perfect ring for my fiancé, making that magical moment that much more magical. John was able to take all of my ideas and through a few different designs come up with the most perfect ring that my now fiancée loves. Absolutely blown away with the work John and Laura designed! We presented them with two rings. One from my husband’s grandmother, and the second from my own grandmother. We talked about the history of both rings, and created a new engagement ring bringing both of our families heirlooms to signify the start of our own.
