No other shop would take our TORRAS neck fans to repair, but this AWESOME place did! (Three of them, in fact!) Absolutely no replacement parts available for this for sure, cause it's from a Chinese seller. Two of the fans just needed cleaning, but one was entirely broken and wouldn't turn on. I dropped off the neck fans and they actually FIXED THEM! I was verrrrry surprised and also pleased. And it was cheap too! I also got a power button on my phone repaired at the same time, and it's worked perfectly since then! This place is also very affordable too! I will absolutely be coming back here for repairs. YOU'RE THE GOAT GADGET REHAB!! THANK YOU for helping reduce e-waste and being such experts and taking my weird non-standard electronics!!
Super helpful and professional. I brought in my MacBook and they diagnosed the issue right away. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and had it fixed faster than I expected. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and not just rushing people through. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable repair shop in Seattle.
I found an old tamagotchi from my childhood-- had no real expectations that it could be resurrected but was able to get it working thanks to some great advice here. this is the best place: friendly, helpful, and local! absolutely recommend for any gadget troubleshooting. even if they don't have the exact answers they're willing to help you however they can. :)
