DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! As costumer friendly as you can get! Had an issue with my ps5 not powering up after my house lost power, was dead in the water for 2 days, decided to take it to a repair shop, and seen this place was right up the road. Dropped it off and heard from him the next day. He got it to fire right up, and couldn’t duplicate the problem and didn’t charge me a dime. I threw him a 20 just for dinner or something as I was thankful for the help, and he put it on a store credit! This man is the GOAT! SUPPORT LOCAL! SUPPORT GEAR UP!! Costumer for life here! Tell your friends about this place, I did!!!!
Kirk is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. First time I was in he helped me with an issue on my Iphone, today it was a computer not talking to the printer type problem. Each visit I felt comfortable knowing he was fixing the problem and so happy with the results. Recommend Kirk for electronics problems A+ friendly service. Thank you.
I was visiting Lincoln for new years, and the HDMI port on my Xbox broke. I took it into the store at 11:20 and the owner Kirk was super friendly. I needed a pretty quick turnaround because I was leaving in a few days, and he had it back to me by 3:20 the same day. Excellent customer service, I would recommend it for anyone who has a problem with their tech.
Wonderful experiences and services offered by Kirk at Gear Up Electronics! Previously, I brought my gaming laptop in last year to have Kirk install a secondary SSD to my device. My 2024 Razer Blade 18 RTX 4090 had screws that could easily strip if not properly unscrewed. Kirk did an excellent job at handling this upgrade for me and provided not only professional but also meaningful advice and tips regarding electronics, brands to use when considering upgrading components and much more! I recently bought parts to build a custom gaming PC. From my experiences and the service I received from Kirk at Gear Up, I knew he was the person to go to that I can trust to handle my build with care and expertise. Due to the value of the components, I am very careful about choosing who to go to when doing upgrades and builds.
