Took four rings in to be resized - all turned out perfectly and were cleaned up - looking new. Highly recommend taking any of your jewelry repair needs to Gemworks.
I cannot recommend Gem Works enough! We originally came in to learn about ring designs after having a bad experience at other jewelers (as soon as we walked in and met Josie, the dog, we were sold). Meaghan is extremely personable and explained everything there is to know when shopping for an engagement ring. She helped my fiancé design my ring and after multiple different designs and prototypes, they were able to create the perfect ring. The ring was just a little too big so we went in a week after the proposal and Nick was able to size it down basically overnight. We will definitely be back!

Many thanks to Meaghan and Nic with Gemworks who crafted my fiancé’s engagement ring and my wedding band. Super happy with how everything turned out. The process was very easy and low-key. We gave her an idea of a design for the engagement ring and she sourced a handful of yellow sapphires from friends and colleagues. We picked the stone, and in a few short weeks we had our rings. She gets tons of compliments on the ring. Fair pricing, with a smooth and professional process that is also not weird or pressured. Their space is also really nice and clean - feels fancy yet approachable.
Meaghan is fantastic! So personable and easy to talk to, and she clearly is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She valued my engagement ring, which is a family heirloom for insurance and also helped me design custom wedding bands to fit around the original ring. She also helped my husband create a custom wedding bands that he loves. The whole process was so easy, and her pricing is so reasonable. We will be moving states, but I would not hesitate to go to Meaghan again if I ever want to design another piece of custom jewelry. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and I am so grateful that we found her. We can’t stop looking at our rings and both decided to wear them home because of how excited we were!
