Even when it came to changing ring size and exchanging my wedding band, she was so happy to help us and made sure we were satisfied with our choices. This store is beyond amazing. I’ve never experienced customer service at such a high level as Genesis provided in helping me with my Verragio wedding band selections. They take pride in ensuring each customer is satisfied with their products and services. The double locked doors gives ask customers a great sense of security also.

She even helped me redesign and reset older jewelry, turning them into updated treasures I’ll cherish forever. Elizabeth is not only incredibly talented, but she makes the entire experience so enjoyable and easy—I couldn’t recommend her more.
I’ve used Genesis for over a decade now and can’t say enough good things about them! My wife had a dream ring she had looked at for 3 years and Terri helped make her dream come true! We traded in her old engagement diamond and Terri was able to take that setting and have a beautiful ring made out of it as well.
