Great experience purchasing from King Jewelers! They had a watch that I was looking for that a lot of other stores didn't have so I ordered online and had it shipped to Texas. Shipping was very fast and the watch is beautiful. Thank you very much!
Terrific experience. I came to King's needing a repair on my ultra-luxury watch and was very worried I'd have to send it in for service. They were able to take a look at it rapidly. Tiffany was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. They let me know that nothing was wrong and allowed me to avoid that full service entirely. Would highly recommend for bringing watches of all luxury.
Severe low ball on gold. By literally half of what I found others to buy at. The Cache in Hendersonville is a much better place to sell your gold. Very quick transaction and friendly folks. To be offered ...no joke... DOUBLE what I was offered here was shocking and great for my wallet. They're paying about 35-40% what gold is worth where as The Cache pays 80%. Very nice atmosphere. But if selling gold. Do some market research first and find a high paying buyer
I stopped in King Jewelers for the first time last month and could not be happier with my experience. I worked with a gentleman named Michael who toured me through over half the collections in there until we came across a Longines Conquest that was calling my name. I am already looking forward to my next watch purchase and will certainly be returning to King's for both the selection and customer service I received. Great first watch-buying experience!
King Jewelers is my go-to place, and Michael White always makes the experience awesome. He’s super friendly, never in a rush, and really knows his stuff when it comes to watches. Whether I’m ready to buy or just stopping by to look, he treats me with the same respect and attention every single time. It’s nice to walk into a store and feel welcomed, no matter what. Highly recommend stopping by and chatting with Michael if you’re ever in the area.
