Took my chain to get fixed it broke not even a week later in the same place. I took it back & they lied saying it’s a new spot so they would have to charge me $65 when I paid $150 to get it fixed crazy Saying you warned me about it messing up again is crazy work when I went I only wanted the part that broke to be fixed and you suggested fixing 2 other parts on the necklace so I did but at the end of the day it was you trynna charge me $65 for the main issue I went in there for but ok Jr 😂

I wanted to thank the staff for always being so helpful, friendly and courteous on my visits to the store. Aside from that they are very competitive with trade in and cash prices.
