My wife and I came in today with tons of questions. My wife received some jewelry as part of an estate and wasn't sure what she wanted to do with it. The staff walked her through all the options, listened to her requests, offered multiple solutions and were never pushy for an upsale. They were very helpful and considerate even when my wife wanted to scale back some of her requests. We were very happy with everything and will be returning for other jewelery items in the future.
The staff at Goldsmith is one in 1 million they treat you like family. I needed gifts for Christmas so a friend recommended this place to me and it was hands down one of the best experiences I have had jewelry shopping. As soon as we walked in Danny greeted us and was more than willing to help us with anything we needed. He showed excellent choices and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Loved the support and service. I drove all the way from Tampa to come here and would definitely come back it is worth it.
Danny and his team absolutely crushed it. We visited a few different jewelers before walking into his shop and immediately felt he was the right person to design our engagement ring. From start to finish, he guided us through the entire process and sourced the perfect diamond. He’s incredibly friendly, personable, and treated us with genuine respect. While it felt like other jewelers were playing pricing games with lower-quality stones, Danny was refreshingly straightforward from the beginning and somehow sourced an essentially perfect D VVS1 emerald-cut diamond within my budget—which I really appreciated. Buying a ring is a major purchase, and you want to feel comfortable with the person you’re working with—and Danny made that easy. He was always available via text whenever we had questions, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with him again in the future. I know my girlfriend is going to love it once she sees it. I recently had a family heirloom repurposed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My grandmother passed away a few years ago, and I was fortunate enough to receive a piece of her jewelry — a simple gold band with an emerald stone, my birthstone. When I walked into Danny’s shop, he was immediately welcoming and genuinely interested in helping bring my idea to life. I wanted to transform the ring into a pendant I could wear every day, and he was just as excited about the vision as I was. Within days, Danny sent me a digital rendering of the design, followed by a chance to see a mold of the final piece in person. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent — I always knew what stage the project was in. When I finally received the finished pendant, it exceeded every expectation. It was meaningful, beautifully crafted, and perfectly captured what I had envisioned. I can’t recommend Danny and his team highly enough!
Can’t say enough about how wonderful Danny & the staff were at Goldsmith’s! I had my grandmother’s engagement/wedding ring (soldered together) that I needed resized, and of course I was nervous to leave it with just anyone. The ring turned out perfectly and sparklier than we’ve ever seen it! We also got a custom wedding band done for us at the same time, and the process was so easy, getting to see previews of the design throughout the process. We are so happy with how everything turned out, and will definitely be going back for any future jewelry needs!
