I have worked with them twice now, both times they were so kind and helpful. I entrusted them with my wedding band and engagement ring (which the wedding band was my grandmothers so it’s a precious family heirloom!) I have complete trust and faith in them, and I have had many bad experiences with jewellers being snobby, rude and condescending in the past. Victoria jewellers is the only place I go with my jewellery and I appreciate how they took great care with my ring, communicated kindly and intentionally, and did a wonderful job both times. Highly recommend!!
I cannot put into words how absolutely magical and perfect my ring is!! After my fiance proposed, he walked me through the ring process and I couldn’t be more grateful to Hillary for making our dream ring with him! He went to multiple jewelers for the customization process and no one was as dedicated and personal than the team at Victoria Jewelers. This ring is the culmination of every hint I’ve dropped over the last two years and it still exceeded my expectations!
I was having issues with a ring that was my favorite. Victoria’s Jeweler’s has been amazing to get it fix right. I thought it looked good when they first fixed it, but they weren’t happy with the work. They went back to fix it and WOW they did an amazing job. Still in love with my ring. Always such great service that really look at every detail. Can’t wait for more jewelry from them to add to my collection
Dustin and his team was amazing with designing my custom engagement ring and wedding band. They always are so welcoming whenever I come in for a ring cleaning and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make the clients feel like family. Dustin and his team captured my vision perfectly and did the rings in such a quick timeframe. I would 100% recommend Victoria Jewlers EVERY TIME!!!
