Exemplary customer service, an extraordinary souvenir shop that has been around since 1992 👍 Everyone here was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Prices were great. They have many higher quality designs, from T shirts to knick knacks. I was just shopping around Indigo books and am glad I stopped by. Will bring my family here th next time they visit me in town.
This gift shop is unique. I found special items like the ice wine maple crème cookies and tea here! I visited several gift shops, but only this one sells the ice wine flavor. It's unique and perfect for souvenirs! I also had a great chat with the owner, Robson. He is nice and helpful!
I was glad that I was able to stop by before leaving Vancouver. My flight was leaving the next day and I needed to track down some souvenirs for my family, friends, and co-workers. The gentlemen were very kind and were patient. They made good small talk and gave interesting tidbits about some of the items. To be honest, the items were priced nicely and I was in and out pretty quickly. Next time I visit, I'll be sure to stop by and pick up another item or two. Again, aside from the fantastic selection, the two gentleman were friendly. I got keychains for some coworkers, a shirt for a good friend, and a small espresso mug for one of my roommates who used to live in Vancouver. They were all satisfied with their items and now I look forward to delivering the rest of the gifts to my family and some friends. If you're into giving gifts, you'll have a field day at this location. A great experience!
