First time going to gb urgent care and wow !!! Thank you for the smooth and quick process. Absolutely kind friendly and courteous staff. Can’t recommend them enough. Came in after my son fell off his dirt bike for x rays. Very thorough and quick and attentive. Grateful it’s no broken bones.
We had a great experience here. The facility was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were in and out pretty quickly, which is always appreciated with a child. The doctor was so kind and knowledgeable and provided excellent care to my son. They really took the time to make him comfortable, and we walked out with a smile. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend this urgent care to others.
I came in at 9am on a Weds and was seen immediately. The front desk was friendly efficient and filling out the intake form on my phone was the easiest ever! Minutes later, I was taken in and Abby had all my information ready to review. Dr Amber was very compassionate. She listened and clearly explained a plan of action. 24 hours later I'm feeling 100% better! Even better I was in and out in less than 90 minutes at an Urgent Care. Everyone in the office was friendly and upbeat. You could tell they enjoy working with each other and office was very clean.
All three of my kids and I have been treated here for a variety of reasons, and every experience has been positive. The staff is always attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Our most recent visit was for stitches for my four-year-old, and they truly went above and beyond. They turned what could have been a very traumatizing experience into something as calm and smooth as possible. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they show our family.
This was my first time visiting this Granite Bay Urgent Care office in January 2026. Registration was quick, and the waiting time was probably less than 10 minutes. All the staff members, including those at the front desk, were very friendly. The cleanliness of the office was excellent. Derek Bronson, PA, was friendly and took time to explain the problem and treatment in detail. Thank you for the excellent service.
