I am about 6 months post FUE hair transplant with Dr. Fatch and I couldn't be happier. I was a little nervous about the procedure, but I was ready for a change. After visiting all of the hair specialists in the area, I really appreciated the thoroughness with which Dr. Fatch approached my questions and concerns. She listened to what I wanted to change and really focused the procedure to address those areas without pressuring me to do more like I felt other practices were. It was really nice to meet and work with the doctor directly from day 1 to avoid miscommunication. Seeing the huge stack of before and after photos during consults was also reassuring since I was able to better visualize what my results would look like and understand/see the nuances Dr. Fatch was explaining to me and it helped me explain what I was going for. I'm already seeing incredible results even though I have several months before the new hair growth is all in. The hairline is amazingly natural and I'm amazed every time I look in the mirror. The procedure itself was shockingly comfortable and painless, they ordered in lunch and I watched a couple movies I'd been wanting to watch but hadn't found the time. I've referred family and friends and couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Fatch and the team at Sacramento Hair Doctor.
For hair transplants I would recommend going to a better place. I’d give them a B- for the job done. And the side that I explained was my more troubled side seemed like it actually got less care and attention. My biggest problem was the surgeon did not do how she said she was going to do it, and she didn’t listen pre-procedure, during procedure nor post procedure to my concerns. I’d go someplace where the surgeon listens and does what was agreed upon for your hairline. One of the staff was also very rude at one point.
DON’T GET YOUR TRANSPLANT DONE HERE THEY CAN’T DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. Bad service، I do not advise anyone to transplant hair in this place, I think the doctor does not have enough experience for hair transplantation. My problem is not with the hair density, but with the method of hair transplantation. The professional doctor plans before the transplantation process to determine the number of follicles for each space and transplants with the direction of the hair and not in a random way. It is clear that the doctor in charge of hair transplantation has no experience with evidence. She has no knowledge of the reason for my dissatisfaction. She just wants me to pay. The fee for a second session, knowing that in the first session I was charged $5,000 for 700 hair follicles, and she wants another $5,000 to correct her mistakes. She's lying
Highly recommend. Dr Prasad is excellent. Very successful procedure. Had significant head area to cover and procedure turned out great. Great service and communication throughout. If interested in hair restoration, should be considered a top practice in region. You are in safe hands and competent professionals. Grateful to have chosen them.
