Matt is hands down one of the best artists I’ve ever gone to! His attention to detail is unreal — he took my idea and made it even better than I pictured. The line work is clean, the shading is perfect, and he’s super easy to be around. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making sure you leave 100% happy. I’ll never go anywhere else — highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience!
Derek did an amazing job on my tattoo. He was very professional and courteous. He did all the work on a timely fashion and put up with me having to take breaks. I would definitely return if I decide to get any more work done. I have received numerous compliments on my tattoo.
Full arm sleeve- Derek Joy is an amazing artist to work with! I told him what I was thinking and I gave him total freedom to come up with the designs! He is very professional and he will also explain what he is thinking before starting. I have asked for additional work when something comes to mind and he has always found a way to make it work and flow with the rest of the work he’s done on my sleeve. I won’t go to anyone else as Derek is the best tattoo artist I have ever worked with!! Green Fox is also one of the nicest tattoo shops I’ve ever been to with an inviting staff who enjoys what they do.
Green Fox is a great place and Derek Joy is an amazing artist! Derek applied my first tattoo with minimal pain and the end results exceeded my expectations. Derek did a good job manipulating my design to ensure it fit and translated into a tattoo. It's almost been a year and it still looks amazing! I get compliments all the time on my pieces and especially love that they still look like mehndi and not tattoo ink. Derek is the best!
Matt and the folks at Green Fox tattoo are top notch across the board. It was my first tattoo and was a bit nervous but they put me at ease. I brought in my own design and worked with Matt to get it into a solid tattoo format. His suggestions on size and shading were much appreciated. The tattoo process itself was not what I was expecting. I was thinking pain, but it turned into more of a zen. I had plenty of distraction available on my phone but I didn’t use any of them for the 3 hour session. You hit a sort of zen or trance listening to the machine. And whoever was in charge of the music was on point too. If they see this, you have great taste. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. The pricing is great. I highly recommend Matt and Green Fox tattoo.
