I LOVE this store specifically! They have the BEST customer service! Today, was a great reminder. I received a light with cracked glass. I needed it asap for our home build so I called to see if they happened to have it in stock. Jeremiah told me I could bring it in and he would help me with the return ensuring I got the replacement as soon as possible. It will be here next week and if I did this on my own it would have probably taken closer to a month. Jeremiah was on the phone with customer service making sure I got the best experience possible. While I shopped multiple people checked on me. I am so grateful to have a place I can truly enjoy shopping at. Thank you!
Don't buy the Everson Rectangle Coffee Table. There is a weird film on the glass as it looks like it is dusty. No matter what we have done to clean it, nothing works. I only had a week to return it, but I don't live in Omaha as of yet. I called from our other home a few hours away. I was without a way to return it within 30 days, so now I am stuck with it. Manager could only say, "It looks like this isn't the coffee table for you. You can bring it back." No extension offered or anything. The table is clearly defective. Might be nice if the return policy was changed to longer than 30 days.
I purchased 2 floor model chairs and when I returned to pick them up in the middle of winter they refused me even a plastic sack to protect the back of the white chairs from touching the pickup bed. I expected them to be wrapped in moving plastic first of all, but they couldn’t even help with a scrap of cardboard or plastic bag. It was a horrible disappointing experience. I’m pretty sure if I went around the corner to buy a discounted pair of jeans they would still sack my purchase. The manager told me “we would be libel for damage if we tried to protect your chairs”. A mind blowing experience.
We bought a couch and two stools to match the couch in February. When we were testing the couches in store they were semi soft and was told that when we sit in it, it would soften up, NOT true. Also, we FINALLY received one stool in August, it is almost November and no one can tell us where the second stool is. I will NEVER but anything from their chain of various stores again. This company is a rip off!
I purchased the Pottery Barn's Manzanita double sink vanity through my decorator as part of a complete bathroom remodel. We asked several times for a sample of the vanity top, but PB would not provide one. I loved the look of the cabinet, so I went ahead with the order. This was a HUGE mistake. The vanity top is very disappointing both in the quality and ability to STAIN. I have tried to seal it twice with limited success. Also, disappointing is the lack of response when contacting PB. They offered NO solution. I would not recommend this vanity or PB in general for furniture because of their failure to respond.
