I had an excellent experience at Gundersons, thanks to Nick. Nick always takes the time to answer my questions, and makes the entire purchase process easy and stress-free. He’s super passionate about the brands and I really enjoy talking watches with Nick when I’m in the store. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, and a one stop shop for every thing you need, Gundersons is the best place in Omaha.
Gunderson’s has an incredible showroom floor, complemented by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was placed on a waiting list for my watch and received reasonable updates on its arrival. When it finally arrived, Jodi texted me to let me know. I was thrilled when I went to pick it up. The watch was fitted to my wrist, and they provided detailed explanations of all the features. I’m a first-time watch buyer, and they answered all my questions and helped me choose the right watch for me. I’m so happy with my experience at Gunderson’s. They’ve made me a loyal customer. I recently purchased a dress watch at Gunderson’s with the help of Nico. The process was simple, transparent, and encouraging. I fully intend to continue building my timepiece collection at Gunderson’s and specifically with Nico. From the initial communication about what I was looking for, to the recommendations suited to my style and budget, to Nico coming in on his day off to accommodate my schedule to finalize my purchase, I was truly impressed. I found myself having real and meaningful conversations with Nico, a couple of his colleagues, and Jeff from the security team as I was picking up my watch. It was a surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable experience, zero sense of being a “transactional” trip. I’ll be a long time customer of Gunderson’s based on my experience, and encourage anyone looking for real help in building a timepiece collection to do the same. A+ all around!
