The service at H. Samuel, Cabot Circus, Bristol today was brilliant 👏🏼 👌🏽 🙌 My wife and I were trying to get some jewels (rings, etc). We struggled quite a bit with making the right choices. A staff (whose badge had the name JUMOBI) was very helpful. She had a listening ear, answered our questions to our satisfaction and, in the end, made some very useful suggestions to us which hugely guided our choice and happily so. Another member of staff, FARAH (whom I suspected to be Jumobi's line manager) was also very helpful, especially in providing answers to enquiries where the latter probably needed the advice or guidance of a "more experienced" colleague. Overall, we left very satisfied with the duo and with H. Samuel and the quality of service we received. We were also very happy with our purchase.
I recently visited H. Samuel’s in Cabot Circus, Bristol to look for an engagement ring, and I had the most amazing customer service experience with Sophie. She was absolutely outstanding, she really listened to what I wanted, understood my budget, and guided me to the perfect engagement ring. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm approach made the whole experience unforgettable. I couldn’t be happier with the ring she helped me choose. Highly recommend Sophie! 💍✨
I went into the H Samuel shop at Cabot Circus to purchase some earrings. Sophie Perry was super helpful and her customer service was outstanding! She helped me pick out the perfect set for myself and was really proactive. I will definitely be visiting again.
Highly recommendable jewellers, the service, knowledge, mannerism, understanding and professional approach from beginning to end exceeded expectations. I was served by a lovely lady named Emma that couldn't do enough to help and guide me through my wedding ring purchase.
Popped in today for a helix piercing and Emma provided us with wonderful and friendly service. She talked us through the process and how the piercing gun works and made us feel very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough my new go to for piercings. Thank you so much. Great price and great service.
