I will not go on another Hamilton tour ever again. The driver was excellent, polite and great at his job. On to the other components of this trip, not enough time when getting to Walmart/hobby lobby we had about an hour and a half which is not enough time to shop and not many of us shoppers wanted to go to the outlet mall, we should have been given the option to stay there. Anyone that wanted to go to Joanna's fabrics was to be waiting for the bus at 2:30pm, well the bus left early,so much for that. Then off to Target/Tops again an hour and a half which was fine as not many store in this area. Now on to the person director of the tour, I found her very rude to me and at the end I did snap at her. When got to Walmart I asked a general question about if the bus was going to be waiting for us if we had any bags that we could put in the bus? The answer I received from her was he has to eat to you know., very rudely. This is my first time doing this tour so I wasn't sure how things worked and I thought ok. Getting on the bus from the mall she said to me, what no shopping bags, no there was nothing in the mall and would have preferred to at Walmart area. In the Target/Tops area we were told to make sure we were on time for the bus, but the director was the one person we all we're waiting on. Time to go back to the border the director handed out declaration forms to all of us, unfortunately I didn't have a pen and asked if I could get one, rudely she said well I will find one. As the time went on and not knowing that other people needed one as well my husband asked if he could get a pen and she rudely responded with I'm getting one. That's when I snapped and asked why she has to be so rude to us. And she responded with pardon me and I said that she was rude to me all day. After that she never spoke to me again. I did leave a bag behind and my husband called and a woman on the phone said yes many people did. I went to pick up the bag from the office and the director of the tour just handed it to me and walked away. It seems clear that this woman doesn't like people speaking up to her and that she is in control. If this tour has forms to fill out and that they have done this trip before maybe the director should have been prepared and have additional pens available for people that don't have one.

My friend and I recently went to see “Come from away” with Hamilton tours. My friend has some mobility issues and uses a walker. I can’t believe the wonderful service we received from being able to sit in the front of the bus to amazing seats at the show. They went above and beyond in accommodating us. We definitely recommend Hamilton tours to anyone. Thank you so much.
