This is the best place in the city to take your dog. We love it here for our pup. When we first brought our dog there, they were very patient with him, gave a solid review of his readiness (he was a little guy back then) and then we brought him back when he was older. When we did bring him back, they had him with a. Handful of the small guys (I think about 3-5 pups his size), and then integrated him into the larger group of about 10-15 small dogs. Since then he has been cared for, loved, and missed on days he wasn't there. He participated in event days, picture days, and even birthday photos. And the daily updates on FB with photos really helps put your mind at ease for all new folks

Took my dog in for an evaluation to see if he would fit in. Really appreciated having an evaluation. Staff very friendly from Stacey at the front desk. Will definitely be bringing my dog here. Also, place very clean Took my dog in for grooming today. They did a great job. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff are here!! Took Coop in for a grooming today and they did a super job. Cannot say enough about the great staff here!!!

Fantastic Grooming Service! I took my Shih Tzu, Rocco, to Happy Tails Pet Resort and Spa (Kimberly) and the results were amazing! The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to ask about Max’s grooming needs and any specific concerns I had. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed throughout the process.Rocco came out looking great with a shiny coat and trimmed nails. He was happy and relaxed, showing they truly care for their furry clients. Highly recommend!

We have some incredibly needy Frenchies that we wouldn’t trust anywhere else but the Kimberly Happy Tails Pet Resort to take care of for our family trips out of town. Always attentive, incredibly clean and organized, and communication about their visit always appreciated. We love that they post pictures of them playing while on their care on their Facebook page to help us feel extra at peace while away from them.

My puppy Milo loves going to Happy Tails on Kimberly Avenue! He plays a lot, it develops his socialization skills and he has a lot of fun. He is so tired when he comes back home because of the fun he had there! At times, I also buy some of their food for him, and he loves it too. The staff is very friendly and caring, he is so excited when he sees them as he runs towards them to be greeted with a friendly and upbeat attitude. He feels welcome there! I feel at peace, knowing that he is well taken care of when I am away for appointments or errands. I recommend this place to any pet owner!
