Havertys "always" has such beautiful furniture. I have been purchasing from this store over the years..furniture, mattresses etc. The quality is unmatched and so are the employees. Peggy was kind, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. It was great to see Patrick. He has gone above and beyond with purchases for myself and my parents, in the past. I look forward to the arrival of my new chair this week. Hopefully, we will be seeing yall again very soon.

Been doing business @ Havertys for more than 20 years. As many other reviewers have mentioned, Patrick is a true professional and has always helped my wife and I with our purchases. He's super responsive, honest and cares about his customers. Buying furniture is a major purchase for most of us - Havertys recognizes that and provides professional staff and high quality goods - and some great sales to boot!
My mom and I came into the store for our first time. We always thought the store was out of our price range due to our income. however, we were wrong. Miss Peggy did a wonderful job helping us to find the type of furniture we wanted. She told his about the fabrics, cloths, and leathers. she listened to us and showed us pieces that we would like depicting what we had in mind and verbalized. She was knowledgeable about the financing and explained the difference in each option. This is a good leveraging piece since we have an acct with Ashely. The labor dale sale was nice. That helped us come to a better resolution on the type of furniture we wanted. Hopefully, at a later date the pieces we want will still be available but at a discounted price we will be able to get them; along with adtl' promo. Thanks Miss Peggy!
Yesterday I had a great experience with Kristina and she was so sweet and patient while I scoured the store for some clients. She made it really easy as a designer. I left with a beautiful list of furniture and prices to give to my clients and I’m so excited to present it to them. Go and see her. Plus the Customer Service woman is the sweetest.
