I did not have the best experience with this company. I was quoted a 148.50 an hour and given an estimated time of 2 hours. The company sent over two men who were very friendly but it became obvious that they planned on milking the clock. When I complained the owner showed up yelling, bullying and threatening to take a lunch with all of my items on the truck. When I didn’t back down from the owner Israel, he flipped the script and started talking about God and family. And that calmed things down and the move was completed. But the two hour move turned into a 6 hour move and over 800! To make matters worse when I looked over the home I moved from the had damaged the steps that I will now be responsible for repairing. I wish the would have been more upfront about their pricing and I wish they would have disclosed that they damaged the steps. They were nice people but I like to leave honest feedback so people can make their own decisions 🤷🏽♀️
Best moving company I have ever used and I have moved across the country multiple times. From the beginning to the end this company was wonderful to work with. They sent me the dream team to do a full 3 day pack and load. Sir Robert, Tyler, and Johnathan were the hardest workers and best team. They were early everyday, organized, efficient, did a great job communicating with me, and were just a great team to work with. I cannot recommend this company or these 3 enough. There is no way any other company or team would've been able to pack and load all of my stuff as efficiently or as organized as they did. Thank you all so much!!
I hired Helping Hands to help my Son finish packing our apartment and load the Uhaul I rented. Yesterday they were hired. I was given a 11:00 to 1:00 show up window. They were not only late but still tied up on another job. After I called one last time I was told that they were half done unloading their truck from another move. By this time me , my son and daughter in law had the stuff packed and 1/3 loaded. I said cancel the order. Money saved. My suggestion is have enough crews to meet the daily demands. I am disabled and had no business packing plus I loaded my suv. I am also 60 years old. I barely can walk but I did what was needed. I have no doubt that once the crew is at the job they were hired for , does a great job.
I have used Helpin Hands Express 2 times already and the move is on time, safe and very professional. Worth every penny.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We scheduled our move with Helping Hands Express on August 22, 2025, for 10:00 a.m. The movers did not arrive until 2:00 p.m., and they never once called us with an update. We had to call them repeatedly as the time kept getting pushed back. For the inconvenience, the owner only deducted $80 from the cost of moving our 85” TV. Within minutes of signing the Bill of Lading, one mover dropped a box and broke my wife’s family picture frame. Later, my son’s bicycle was nearly crushed under the truck ramp until I stopped them. Their own protocols require that TVs they pack be boxed in-house, but instead they just wrapped my 85” TV in blankets. Prior to loading, the movers and I confirmed the TV was fully functional, with only two cosmetic lines (documented on the Bill of Lading). It had worked perfectly for four years. After their mishandling, the TV no longer powers on. When the owner came to “inspect” the damage on August 29, he dismissed the loss as worth only $30–$50, despite the TV’s $2,000 value. He also made unprofessional personal remarks about my wife and admitted he didn’t even know one of the movers he sent, who was clearly still in training. Meanwhile, another mover was vaping while on the job. This company showed repeated negligence, unprofessionalism, and zero accountability. I am filing a formal claim with FDACS. Consumers deserve to know what they are dealing with. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
