They have kind, friendly staff that provided prompt service! My puppy was afraid they warmed her right up. We received excellent care, thorough information, and a folder of recommendations for all the things a new puppy owner needs.
The entire experience was top tier. My little girl was treated with much care and respect. Dr. Dozier was amazing. She was caring and empathetic to my dog. She made sure I understood everything and did everything to keep the cost within my budget. I so glad I chose this office.
Had a great experience again at Hidden Valley Animal Hospital. The staff at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Berry is so kind and patient. Our puppy had a routine surgery but we felt so taken care of before, during, and after. This place is the best.
Hidden Valley is absolutely FANTASTIC. My cat is incredibly feisty and has had issues at the vet since she was a tiny kitten. I cannot believe how easy and low stress the doctors, techs, and front office staff have made our visits here. The separate entrances for cats and dogs helps a lot too. They do not try to sell you on services or products you don’t need. The doctors are super knowledgeable—I care VERY deeply for my fur babies and their health, and I trust these vets 100%. Everyone here really cares about you, your pet, and their health. I cannot recommend Hidden Valley enough. I will never take my pets anywhere else.
Update as of September 2,2025: One of my senior cats had to be euthanized last week at Hidden Valley and I commend them for giving me the time I needed to make the decision, while helping me to attend to the veterinary needs of my other senior cat. Anyway, I thank Dr.MacCormac and the entire front office staff for being so supportive and caring which helped me immensely through this difficult time. Hidden Valley Animal hospital has helped me to regain confidence in the veterinary experience. Dr.MacCormac is excellent for making recommendations for senior cats. In general, this was the first time I did not feel as if my cats should be euthanized just because they are old. She provided compassionate and comprehensive care for my animals and I’m looking forward to continuing the healing process with her.
