I had a wonderful experience with this spa. I booked a treatment as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They stayed in constant contact with me, kept me updated with photos, and even surprised him with a cake at the end. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Best massage ever!!! Such a great experience, they really roll out the red carpet for every customer. It was my birthday and will go back asap!!
The most absolutely breathtaking experience I’ve had to date. Such an incredible staff, exceptionally clean establishment and such wonderful place to come to when you need a break. I took my boyfriend here for his 30th and we indulged in the romantic couple that includes a tea ritual and secluded bath/shower for alone time! Come here if you want amazing service. I cannot recommend this place enough!
10/10 highly recommended. This was only my second spa experience but Massage Envy can’t compare to how elegant, peaceful, kind and gentle this spa is. The women there are so lovely & sweet. It was my birthday and they were so happy to celebrate me. I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with warm smiles. The massage was the best and I fell asleep several times lol. I don’t think my skin has ever been more rejuvenated and moisturized in my entire life. They had incredible cheesecake and amazing tea as well and I can’t wait to go back.
Best Spa in LA hands down! Words cant describe how incredible this whole experience was from start to finish. The staff was super sweet and and the place is so clean and has such a cute vibe/aesthetic! I did the couples massage with my husband and everything was absolutely amazing. The ladies that did the massage (Yuni and Yoko) did an outstanding job and were very thorough and professional. The best part was the cheesecake and tea refreshment after the massage! SO good! Highly highly recommend!
