The serviceman was just supposed to change an old gas valve, but he then also took the time to expertly install our new dryer from Lowe's (Lowe's was not able to presently). I was happy to pay the extra fees to have this done today instead of waiting. Great service!
Chad and Dillon installed my new high efficiency Furnace in just a couple of hours today. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable in their work. I have been with Home Comfort for nearly 20 yrs and have never been disappointed in their service or products. Kepp up the great work!!
Gage and Big Jake went above and beyond on working on my clogged toilet and they worked on it until they got it unplugged and were the most kindest gentlemen ever and explained what they where doing and why it was taking so long to do. You have two great employees here and should be very proud of them. I was very upset and crying and they were very understanding and where explain different options I had and where not pushy at all. Keith was personal and respectful. He communicated at every step of the installation to ensure we were aligned with the end result. We are waiting for his return to install the WiFi module and final charge to the sealed system to get it up and running.
Highly recommended. The tech and project manager came the same day. Install done on the following day within 6hrs. Staff and service were great. Thank you! Our new HVAC system is running like a champ🏆 Just the peace of mind alone was worth the investment.
