I went there today and found some items. I needed two items that were exactly the same. However, one of them broke and didn't have a tag. Because it was wood, I figure I can just glue it. There were a few items that I had, one set of 6 candles out of the 6, there was one missing, and the another broke. I asked Leyla, who was the cashier, that I had a question? she answered "wassup" At first thought to myself, "ok wassup!" I asked how much the candle would cost if there's one missing? She went to check and came back, said it was $8.00. I told her ill get it. I then ask her I got two items, however the other broke and didn't have a price tag she had a nasty attitude and answered very rudely "you know you're only getting 10% off do you still want it? I didn't mind. I would have gotten the other item, but her rudely customer service just was just unexpected and unacceptable. There was another item I wanted. One didn't have a price tag, but the other did I told her, and she said "thanks" and tossed the bag beside me on the countertop. To Leyla, I'm not sure if you were having a bad morning it was only 9:51am, or you just didn't want to assist me. Whatever the issue you we're having, please understand that your behavior affects your store. And those who come to shop there I had a good morning and was excited to shop there until I came across your unexpected assistance.
I always love to browse and find inspiration here. A new trinket or tablecloth. So fun to walk around.
It was a great experience. The shop was neat and tidy. Employees were busy repacking and courteous. I love the store it has some of my favorites.

The HomeGoods in Elk Grove is one of my favorite stores. I love the home decoration items and the tableware they have in the store. It is fun to shop at the HomeGoods store in Elk Grove. I get something from the store almost every time when I shop there. The store is nice and clean. They have excellent workers and a safe parking lot.
