Please please, stop talking outside the boxes while people are working out. This location is so bad with this and the employees join in! The last three times I’ve been here there are groups of women or just two standing right outside the boxes while laughing and talking SO loudly. I’ve had to turn the volume up and can still easily hear them. So many of us come to work out for stress relief and many of the programs have meditations at the end. This is just common sense to me- go to the front of the room or the back to have your loud conversations!
I always wanted to work out and have a routine, i never felt comfortable at a “regular” gym. But HOTWORX allows me to have space (up to 3 people) in a sauna. I love the feeling of being in the sauna and how i feel afterwards. My skin is more clear, my body aches less and I’ve actually seen weight start to drop since starting. Staff is always wonderful and help ful. The studio is also very clean !
Feel right at home here! Staff is so friendly and remember you. They often have monthly challenges that are fun and motivating. The app is so easy to use and being able to take off a month is so nice for those busy times. The heat is a surprisingly tolerable feel good type of things. Must experience!
I just joined after trying it out! I’m excited to see what all I get from it! Super friendly staff and very clean! Shout out to Janee for going above and beyond making sure I got the whole experience and answered all my questions! Her helpfulness is what me decided to give it a shot!
Very clean! Staff was super helpful and kind! I also love the concept with infrared heat and the benefits that come with! A membership is so worth it!
