I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Houston Automatic Gates who just installed a new fabricated gate and Liftmaster arm for me. They are by far the best gate company I have used over the past 15 years. Everything from their communication and responsiveness to the quality of the work done by the technicians was great. They always arrived on time, worked very efficiently and finished right on schedule. They built and installed the exact finished product I was looking for. I had one small detail issue I wanted changed and within an hr of mentioning it to them they were here to fix it. Hard to be more satisfied. I very strongly recommend these guys.

Very easy to work with. My job needed to be changed from the original estimate due to construction modifications. Jonathan met with me during this 2nd time and gave me recommendations on how to place the new style. Additionally, when I asked about removing part of an old wooden fence that was not secure for my dogs to be enclosed, he provided me with a separate estimate. This allowed me to see exactly what my cost would be and determine when I wanted the work to be completed. Lastly, due to the swells placed in the yard, this made for another security risk, but onsite the crew came up with a solution and it looks perfect!! I look forward to phase two!!!!!
