This place is a scam. They will make a deal for you to sign up for their membership but they really don’t do anything for you. My daughter had a broken wrist and they could have told me that they don’t relocate or do any cast, but they made me pay for the visit, took an X-ray and just sent me to a different urgent care. They sent me to wrong place and didn’t even give me my daughter’s images. They should have told me before that if she needed a cast, I would have to take her to an orthopedist. That was the right thing to do, but instead got me to sign up the membership and sent me to another wrong place, didn’t even put a splinter on her arm. NEVER I will put my feet on this place.
Amanda was literally amazing! She made me sooooo comfortable when I came in for something that I was nervous about and in pain. She made the experience doable because of the amount of pain I was in as well as the anxiety I was feeling. Definitely will be coming back! She deserves a raise!!!!!
I am giving a one-star rating based on the fact that you advertised having X-ray services, we made an appointment, and no one at the front desk informed us that there was no staff available for X-rays. Once we were in the room, we were asked if the receptionist had told us that radiology services were not available until 9:30 am. Please do not offer services that are not actually available. While the Nurse Practitioner we saw was phenomenal, there definitely need to be changes in how you present your medical operations.
The nurse and the doctor were extremely kind and professional. The front desk staff however is a different story. The one girl was so rude. I had 2 sick kiddos and we wanted to get them checked. Were told you need an appointment here now and the next one is 11:45pm. It was about 9pm when we got there. My husband and I looked at each other and then the receptionist mentions the membership. Barely gave us any information we had to continually ask her to explain more or ask more questions about this. Girl definitely needs some more training. And maybe wear a lot less perfume and huge Dior necklace. Her customer service sucked but the nurse and doctor were amazing.
The best care I have ever received. Period. Dr. Katie was thorough, personable and compassionate. After being seen by 2 other dr’s with no “care” given coming to exemplar restored faith that good care and getting better is possible. Thank you!!
