Went in at the end of the year for a stone. They could not get "approval" from the insurance for an xray, but that was a lied. They did, but didn't tell anyone, so I had to pay my deductible for the new year, when I found out that they did approve it. They make more money from you that way. I would have paid $75 vs $590
I really liked waiting in line to check in to be seen at urgent care an hour before close and when it was my turn in line, they told me that they are no longer accepting patients there or any of their other locations. But hey! At least they had a nice hot pizza sitting on their table they get to enjoy! Right on
I met with Dr. Tamra Richardson this morning and she was by far the best doctor I’ve ever visited. Although it was my first visit, she made me feel incredibly seen and heard, she is engaging, actively listening and explains everything thoroughly as if you have been her patient for years! I’ve lived all over the country and have been seen by numerous physicians, and she beats them all. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I became very ill from the antibiotic I was prescribed for a UTI 3 days ago. Called for a different one 3 times today and didn’t get a response. Hopefully someone will call b4 I leave town tomorrow at 3am.
I saw Dr. Richardson today. She was amazing! After she reviewed my x-ray she realized that I was seeing the wrong doctor. Saved me not only time but alot of money! Could not have been happier! Thank you Dr. Richardson. Ken Clark
