This bookstore was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I checked it out! It’s a small, but tidy & inviting spot with a well-curated selection of new and used books. I was able to find a new book that I’ve been looking for AND a used book by a local author that I’ve been dying to read, but never thought I’d find at a local bookstore outside of our rural area. I didn’t even look for a price (I was that excited to grab it) and was pleasantly surprised by the $5 price tag! Will definitely be back, as I saw many books I’ve wanted to read but haven’t often seen at local bookstores, and I’d love to go back and peruse the selections. Highly recommend this spot!
Absolutely love this place! The book selection is so well curated and there’s something for everyone here. The owners/workers are so kind and knowledgeable too. Highly recommend to anyone stopping by the area!
Best book store experience in a while. I might be biased because my cousin owns it, but she's an amazing curator. Just like a cocktail mixologist bar, tell him what you're into and they're going to direct you to something amazing!
This is such an amazing little bookstore. The selection is incredible, and the staff member I met (who I believe is the owner) was so kind and polite. While it is not a massive store, you will find your next favorite novel or non-fiction essay collection here, guaranteed. The ILYSM t-shirts are also very cute - so cute in fact that I broke down and bought one at first glance, teehee. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Richmond area, not just to the Brookland Park/Northside neighborhood.
Clean and crisp, yet so inviting! Inventory appears lovingly curated to have almost anything you might be in the mood for. Loved the mix of new and used books. Having such a bright, open space to look through the offerings was heavenly. Loved the cafeteria table - brilliant!
