I want to start this review with one word: WOW! From the moment we walked into IDC, the experience was exceptional. The staff held the door open, warmly greeted my wife and me, and created a truly no-pressure buying environment. I came in hoping to upgrade my wife’s 10-year anniversary ring to something special, something she would absolutely fall in love with. Greg was the salesperson who helped us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. My wife was interested in Verragio rings, and it immediately felt like it was meant to be because Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to show us about 10 different styles across various price ranges and never rushed us. He even arranged to have the ring brought in from another IDC location so my wife could see it in person and try it on. Once we found the one she loved, Greg made the magic happen. The wait time was just under five weeks, which was impressively fast considering we ordered during the holidays. When I got the call that the ring was ready WOW! The ring is absolutely stunning and perfect for my beautiful wife. I will be purchasing all future jewelry for my wife from IDC. Thank you, Greg, and thank you to the entire IDC team for such an amazing experience!
Shopping at IDC has been a great experience. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She has been working with us over the past year from getting my engagement ring resized, designing my wedding bands using my grandmother's diamonds and getting my fiance's wedding band. Michelle has been a true joy to work with and we always leave super happy. All the staff is great. This will forever be our go to jewlery store.

Michelle is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and just the nicest person. Picking out my engagement ring with my now-fiancé is a memory I’ll cherish forever, and Michelle will always be such a special part of that story. I am so grateful for her kindness and guidance. Michelle and Annette were amazing.! They made me and my fiancé feel so welcomed and heard from the beginning. We had an idea of what I wanted my perfect to ring to be and they were able to make it happen! The whole process was very enjoyable and they were very knowledgeable. The whole interactions between the setting, the diamond selection, to the actual customization was so personable. These two ladies make you feel like a part of the family. I will recommended this store and these ladies to anyone who is looking for jewelry. Thank you again for making this experience once in a lifetime
Greg was amazing! We were greeted at the door and the team was so pleasant. Greg not only showed us tons of options, but he always educated us along the way. Tons of choices, and he was so pleasant to be around! Thanks IDC! We will be back!
