Randy and Benson are the nicest and knowledgable guys around. They have been great to work with! I appreciate Randy’s advice and willingness to share his wisdom. He was a big help in getting me into the world of audio. They have kept my equipment in tip top shape. They recently serviced my Pioneer SX - 850 receiver. This is truly a one of a kind shop!
Randy and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a great job refurbishing my 52 year old Sansui receiver. It now looks great and sounds better than new. Communication during the process was thorough with pictures showing the progress. They even printed out a new owners manual. I highly recommend Interwest.
The service and care Randy gives is exceptional! We brought in a newer style turntable that was turning too fast. Randy mentioned that those are not usually serviceable because of the way they are made. As we talked, he decided to check a few things. He taught us many things as he investigated on the spot. He fixed the issue so quickly! The customer and service you get at this establishment with Randy is incredible! Thank you so much!
I had heard of Interwest's quality for decades. When I took my McIntosh in I was amazed at the time and care they took to educate me about how deeply professional they are. When I picked up the equipment they again took the time to demonstrate the repair and explain how it was done and introduce me to the seasoned pro how did the work. They did a fantastic job, and did it locally, I was looking at taking it to Vegas or shipping it to New York. They factory just said "buy a new one" the last time I needed help. This place is truly magical if you’re into old electronics and hi-fi audio equipment. I brought in an old JVC record player looking for a new needle and ended up spending about an hour and a half chatting and learning with Randy. He is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and taught me so much I never would have known about my record player. I ended up buying a new audio-technica cartridge for it for under what they cost online. It didn’t quite fit right, so he helped me trim it to fit, install it, and tune up the record player, all for free. It was an amazingly fun afternoon that I’ll never forget. Thank you for everything, Randy!
