Jamie is a top-class PT. He’s set me up with a nutrition and gym plan that’s completely different to what I’m used to, but I’m feeling better and seeing results every single week. He also has his own app, where everything is managed in one place, workouts, progression photos, and nutrition tracking – which makes staying consistent so much easier. Been on a plan with Jamie for nearly a month now to help with strength gains and muscle growth, so far so good the numbers are going up! And the great thing is unlike other trainers Jamie is always on the other end of the phone and speaks to you directly if you need help and responds in great time. Highly recommended!!
As a personal trainer/coach, I wanted to learn more about nutrition and other styles of coaching to help me become a better coach and provide a more diverse service for my clients. I contacted Jamie for some specific nutrition guidance to run alongside my goals and to have a plan that was tailored to me and my individual circumstance. The plan set is different to what I have experienced in the past and although we are in the infancy of my journey, I have gained soo much knowledge already. With the plan and nutrition styles being new to me, there was no doubt I’d be straight on the DMs asking questions. Jamie has been super responsive, and I never wait longer than 24 hours for a response. No stone is left unturned with clear explanations. Not only does he explain the ‘What’, he’s also explains the ‘Why’. Recovering from recent surgery has thrown some curveballs in the way but my plan is altered to accommodate. My experience Jamie’s service so far is one that has stood out, that I will continue to use and one that I highly recommend.
I honestly can’t recommend my PT highly enough. In such a short space of time, he has completely transformed my gym progress and taken my training to a whole new level. In just the last 4 weeks, I’ve already seen remarkable gains both in strength and overall physique and that alone speaks volumes. What really sets him apart is his knowledge and attention to detail. Every session is structured with purpose, and he takes the time to explain each movement properly, why it’s done, how it should feel, and the correct order exercises should be performed in to maximise results. My technique has improved massively, and I feel far more confident in the gym because I actually understand what I’m doing rather than just going through the motions. He’s constantly correcting form, pushing me when needed, and adjusting workouts to suit my goals and ability. You can tell he genuinely cares about your progress and wants you to get the absolute best out of every session. The guidance, motivation, and accountability have made a huge difference, and I’m seeing progress faster than I ever have on my own. If you’re serious about improving your physique, building strength, and learning how to train properly, this is the PT you want. Jamie is an excellent personal trainer. He is great at communicating and explaining the rationale for the training plan and how to use the relevant equipment correctly. He motivated me to push myself beyond my comfort zone. I highly recommend Jamie for everyone who wants to make their gym efforts a real transformation.
