Heather and Ana helped us out for our engagement ring. We went in skeptical of salespeople and jewelry stores in general based off of a previous experience. Heather really took a lot of time to ask exactly what we wanted, provided lots of education, was patient and ultimately we landed on the perfect ring. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Wonderful!! one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Heather was extremely helpful answer all our questions and worked fantastic with us. I got my engagement ring repair which is something very delicate and important for me is my engagement ring you know, but she made all the experience and work so smooth literally my ring was done the next day morning!! me and my finance are extremely happy and thankful to work with her. She also showed us wedding bands for the big day. She is amazing she definitely needs a raise hahaha
Heather is incredible and made our experience of creating my engagement ring so special! She made me feel super at ease and comfortable while I figured out which direction I wanted to go in. She then supported my now fiancé in designing a truly beautiful ring that I admire at least 100x a day!!! She is truly genuine in wanting to help you find exactly what you’re looking for even if you have no idea where to even start when you first walk in. We visited with two other private jewelers prior to Jared’s and Heather felt like the right fit after our first walk in visit with her. I stared shopping at Jared when my client Heather started working there. She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to find what you truly want. I have gotten some beautiful pieces through her. Well worth the money. I will continue to shop there because of Heather. She is so welcoming and personable.
