Jorge was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and professional, but also super easy-going, which made the experience far less stressful than I expected it to be. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained all the options clearly, and answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Really great service from Syeda. Went shopping for an engagement ring and she was super patient with me and my fiancée and helpful throughout. Something I really appreciated was when she asked my budget, I told her, and she brought out plenty of options exactly in my price range. It’s very nice to me to have a sales experience without an attempt to upsell me and make me feel like I should spend a little more than I have. Really happy with the service and product.
The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of beautiful rings. I had a very unique ring which I needed ASAP. The store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for ready to go today so they recommended me to another jeweler who they knew did at the moment. I greatly appreciated their honesty and transparency. This store does good honest business and will help you get a good ring and is not deceitful. Additionally Sayida was very friendly and welcoming today .

Nelson was absolutely amazing to work with—he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Despite being walk-ins, Nelson took his time with us, answered all of our questions, and guided us to the perfect ring without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for helping customers made all the difference. The selection was beautiful, and with his expert help, we found the perfect ring that I absolutely love.
